Orders from TEBO COUTURE are shipped via UPS using the following rate scale:

$25 - $ 50 = $ 7.95 $ 14.95 $ 26.95

Over $ 50 = $ 9.95

NOTE: No Saturday or Sunday deliveries. No shipping to P.O. Boxes. A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses are automatically shipped via USPS Ground. Orders made on weekends, will be processed on the next business day.

SHIPPING TIME ESTIMATES

When is my order shipped?

A: Orders placed during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. PST) are typically processed and shipped within one business day. Please allow for an average of one additional business day for processing. If your shipping information does not match your billing information, there may be a delay in order processing. For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review, including credit card authorization and verification. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated. delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method.

RETURNS

At this time, TEBO COUTURE does not allow any returns, all purchases are final EXCEPT for International orders, are allowed EXCHANGE ONLY on damaged items or dissatisfactory items only.
